Tribal Youth Gift Giveaway 2025

LCTHC’s Human Services Department is hosting its Tribal Youth Gift Giveaway Drive-Up Event for local Tribal children ages 0-17 years old. Attached you will also find the registration form that can be brought on the day of toy pick up, or turned in to the following locations:
- Lakeport
- Behavioral Health Front Desk
- Pediatrics Front Desk
- Administration Front Desk
- Clearlake
- Southshore Front Desk
LCTHC front desk staff will send completed forms to Legacy Court each week. Pre-registration ensures that you will receive toys. If you choose to fill out a form on-site the day of pick up, please be advised this is a first come-first served basis while supplies last.
