Wellness Groups

Men’s Wellness Group

Men’s Wellness group is a weekly gathering for Men in our community (not just native) that has included, talking circles, drumming, singing, prayers and healthy activities.  We join together weekly to listen and learn about struggles and inspiration though our daily journeys. We’ve gone on outings that empower the men in our community with culture, history, and spirituality. Come join us, or spread the word about our Men’s Wellness weekly gathering.
