As a recap of services, we are currently providing:

  • Emergent Medical, Pediatrics, Obstetrics, & Dental Face-To-Face Visits. Patients are to CALL FIRST.

  • Chiropractic, PT, and Pain Specialty Face-To-Face Visits. Patients are to CALL FIRST.

  • Non-Emergent Medical and Dental consultation via Phone Encounters.

  • Human Services & Outreach Therapy and Counseling via Phone Encounters Only.

  • Transportation to Pre-Screen Local 6 Natives In-County only.

  • PRC Partnership & MediCal Enrollment Services to Local 6 only, CALL FIRST.

Lake County Tribal Health provides primary medical care for all of your chronic medical needs such as diabetes, high blood pressure, etc. as well as treatment for acute illness and injuries.

We also provide ongoing continuing care through child exams, immunizations, health education, annual screening exams, and much more.
